If you check out this:

You'll see the hose in the second to last picture:
So yes, the can just goes in between that hose.

i see the hose coming from the valley cover fitting; that one goes to the top fitting on the can. I see the hose coming from intake and i kno that goes to the side of the can.
what hose goes to the top of the TB then; also how about the fuel line end?
Just so i am clear; i have a '01 Camaro SS
Was this pic just to show me a better veiw of the hose; did i just confuse myself?? lol

no the one from the valve cover goes to the top port on the can. The hose from the intake goes into the top side port of the can. if you take the hose off of the TB and put it on the top of the can, what goes back to the TB?
as far as the furl line; the above picture says it. I kno the one ond of the PCV goes to the top side port and the other end stays where it is, but what about the "fuel line
idk, i think i just confused myself, can someone clear this up for me??? I feel like such a tool bag...

So there is no confusion, our design is different and the line from the valve cover to the frnt of the TB stays intact unless you are doing the breather mod. This is where the filtered fresh air comes from. Also, due to our internal design we pull the vapors from the valley cover fitting into the top of our can & out the side/top to the PCV valve & into the intake.

ok, i should be getting this soon as i ordered it last week. If i have any issues settin git up. i'll just call (i believe you said you give free tech support on the phone). it is just a matter of this damn NJ weather as to when ill be able to put it on! lol
In the meantime (and if you have a chance), can you take more pictures our how it is setup. The ones you first posted were very nice, HOWEVER, the lighting wasn't. i just want to see where the hoses origionate from and see what it all looks like setup.

Could you retake your bottom pic with bigger resolution? I tried to blow it up and it gets blurry.
thanks!

Question? I have the pcv baffle in my drivers side valve cover and route my hose to my intake, why is not mine drawing engine oil? like everyone else? When I have removed to check, I find just a little moisture? This is good correct?

just ran across this thread while researching this issue as my hoses are open to ground and I wasn't thrilled about the tuner doing this. Have you considered adding stainless wool or mesh inside the can. This will greatly increase the surface area inside for the oil to condense.
Also, the reason for two catch cans at high RPM is because at WOT, there is equal amount of vacuum on both sides of the throttle body. This puts equal vacuum on both the PCV line(side with catch can) and the filtered air line(side usually left stock). The block is now under complete vacuum. This is a performance bonus. If the right rings are used, it can add horsepower. This is why the Nascar guys run vacuum pumps to pull the block down.
Under part throttle, the intake manifold side (pcv side) sees higher vacuum than the vent side (befor TB), and therefor fresh air flows through the valve covers to remove oil and fuel vapor. This keeps the oil cleaner.
It might be a good idea to use the main catch can for the pcv side, and a home depot style oil seperator on the vent line for those WOT escapades. The large one should flow enough air.
