Default Is the Granatilli lid worth keeping? Or TSP

I have a Gran lid but it doesn't fit well. I am thinking of buying the TSP lid but need to know if my lid is any good. Any gains from upgrading?

If your bored go for it. I sold my MTI lid and got the TSP. Its a great looking lid looks like it flows well. I couldnt tell a difference in power, but ever little bit helps

A lid is a lid. Don't expect any power differences between two aftermarket brands. My MTI lid picked up 16 rwhp on back to back dyno runs this weekend on my bone stock 02 SS. Doesn't get any better than that for the money.

IAT = Inlet Air Temp sensor. It measures the temp of the intake air, and this helps the computer adjust for air/fuel ratio.

Thanks. Does the TSP lid have a hole for this.

Absolutely, however I've heard the 85mm lids don't have an IAT hole drilled because the 85mm MAF is supposed to have the sensor built in.

i dunno if its worth the swap, but for someone getting their first lid I highly reccomend the TSP. It fits well!!!! Mine fit alot better than my old direct flow. I just got the TSP cause my direct flow had holes in her from a dry shot. If not, i woulda kept my direct flow

One of these days I'll get a TSP lid after I see one first hand.
