just extend the TPS sensor screw holes,,,make them oblong, and when u reinstall the sensor, use the "new" area,,,this will reposition the sensor,,,i cant remember which way the holes need to be oblonged though,,,I wanna say Jimmy Blu would know what im talkin about,,maybe he will chime in...or i will find the thread...
Yep check the resistance on the TPS sensor.. If it is 4.71 then most likely they did go to far.. I went to 4.69 to be on the safe side which is almost exactly at 90* on the throttle body blade. Check it out, then get back to us.. I cant remember which color wire you need to use to get the reading but I think its the blue one

That pic was before I installed it, and adjusted the screw. IIRC, it's down to maybe a thread or two sticking out, not much. Then just measure the voltage and adjust the screw until you get it right.

I'll more than likely have to end up goin' this route. I know it works, but I shouldn't have to fix anything after paying to have it done, you know? Thanks for the pic, though.
Man, that 4.94 was ******' rediculous!!!!!! The bottom of the throttle blade was looking skywards. We've redneck rigged it with aluminum tape for now, until we get something fingered out.

Well dang...after we checked RaggedRides' car..I decided to check mine even though it was not throwing any codes... My TPS @ WOT was 4.77... also above the limit...
