They work pretty good for WB 02's.

 

So.... How bad is your heatsoak after running for 30 minutes on that BBK Intake??

I'm surprised! I've seen those things heatsoak like nuts. And heard lots of stories about it. Keep us updated if anything changes!

 

don't get me wrong... If I put my hand on it, it'll sizzle flesh

but I didn't notice any difference in response from the car hot or not...

 

Get to the track and get a few runs in back to back, my bet is you'll see a drop in ET.

^^ They do.. there is a removable plate that you can take off to plug in your EGR

 

i emailed the guy,i think brian, and he said they didnt because they are not street legal... i need lts for a 98 with emissions...

we were discussing the heat soak thing, and you jumped in asking about the EGR. So I assumed you were talking about the intake manifold. My bad... and you/Brian are correct... the LT's are NOT emissions legal...

But really anyone who does a lot of runs should have some cool down time before there next run.

Looks good. I am very tempted to order a set. That 2.5'' y pipe is the only thing holding me back right now. Do you think it would make any difference on a bolt on car?

 

I doubt it a single 3 down pipe on our turbo cars supports 600+hp.

no they do not, and no leaking issues...

 

sorry to bring this back from the dead....but with forums its either, "do a search" or, "wtf this thread is old."

anyone had anything bad to say about these? im really looking into a set.. i know the exhaust on this T/A sounds effin sweet (the magnaflow vid on youtube i mean)
