prothane mount bushing stands?

i was looking into buying some prothane mounts and was wondering if i should replace my bushing stands with a set of sphon stands? has anyone ever done this?

Just replacing the mounts with the prothane units will make a big difference.

i ,know, thats why im replacing those...i just want to know if it is as waste of my money to replace the bushing stands

i realy wouldnt worry about replacing the stands unless they are broken or you have money to just throw around and cant find anything better to spend it on. just replace the bushings. i dont think there have been many problems w/ broken brackets.
