Default egr crap removal

to get this **** out from under the hood what all is involved and does it really matter.car is 99 camaro, any help thks.

Well, to keep the SES light out, you'll need to have the system tuned out. Buy some block-off plates for the manifold fitting, remove the pipe and attachments from the intake and passenger side head. Watch you don't drop the rubber O-ring under the intake pipe down into the intake when you remove it. Unbolt all the crap and buy a rubber expandable freeze plug from and autoparts store and install it in the top of the intake where the pipe came out and you're off. I ran like that for months prior to tuning with no problems.
