Cutout dangerous to bottom of rear pass. seat?

Just put a heatshield over it Newton. like the ones that are already all over the bottom of your car. I have approximately a bigillion of them laying around you can have, surely you can figure something out.
What shop did you go to? (you can pm it to me if you prefer) I'm trying to decide if I think they are impressively responsible or kinda stupid
FYI There is a hole under there that sometimes does and sometimes doesn't have the rubber plug , it gives direct access into the car and to the rear seat.
