A/C dripping on header tube?

Exclamation A/C dripping on header tube?

today i was driving my car with the AC on and when i stopped i could hear water sizzling on the header tube. i opened the hood and it looked like the AC was dripping water on the header tube. anyone else have the problem? should i leave it or is there a way to fix it

Mine does that with my Kooks, I don't see what it could hurt, then again, I have stainless headers. The water evaporates instantly. Especially after some WOT runs.

It is nothing more than condensation. Mine do it all the time. Live with it, or go back to the stock manifolds...it really is that simple.

thats just the way it is. of course with a mild steel header it will be nice and rusty in no time.

Yep, that's just the way it is. Unless you want to re-route where the condensation drips out of, you're stuck.

True that. If you you drive the car it isn't a problem. It would be years before it would rust through.

ya i doubt it would ever actually rust thru but it wont take long to see the discoloration. id still have my pacestters if they were stainless. great fit and got the job done.
