Default AEM Longtube Headers?

Yeah I know. I have searched with no luck on AEM making LT's for the LS1.

But my question is, my buddy has 5.3L AEM (brute force?) longtube headers which look very similar to LS1 LT headers. He says that the 5.3L truck guys can use the LS1 headers on the LS based motor. Can someone verify that these headers would fit on a LS1? Would this be the 1st LS1 with AEM LT's?

Should bolt up to an LS1 head. If it was a vortec motor then no.

they're the same style gen III block/heads. . . . it's the fitting on the sides that I'm worried about.

There's a few (99 and up trucks) that are running the Kooks headers. They bolt up just find on f-bodies, but on trucks the rub a little on the frame rails. But seeing how f-bodies have non . . then there's got to be some extra room vs the trucks.

These are brand new and much cheaper than Pacesetter's. They are owned by Tootall above. I am just trying to see if anyone has any experience with bolting 5.3L LT's to a 5.7L.
