water pump I know the water pump works in the same way that an UD pulley works, by freeing uup horsepower rather than adding it, but how much of a gain is usual? my friend said he got about 10-15 of his formula. does it depend on the rate per hour??

so many choices?
there are?? i was only aware of one company making a electric pump for the LSx engine...meziere.
since its electric the flow should have minimal affect on the power gain.
but 10hp is about right i would think...maybe more if you're spinning REALLY high.

I'd say its more about getting better gas mileage. You only see more power by reducing the parasitic load on the crank. After my pully and ewp were added I began seeing 4-5 mpg increase on the highway. No bs.

Yes it is a lot to spend, but when you want to build a max effort engine, you do everything you can. Now that gas is $3.50 to $4 a gallon for premium the extra gas mileage helps offset the expense. I have had mine for 2 years now and it works GREAT. Zero issues to speak of.

they have a lifespan of what? something like 2500hrs??? that might not sound like much, but if you drive 1.5 hours a weekday and 2 hrs on the weekend thats almost 4 yrs lol.....just pray you short it out
