Default Broken manifold bolt! Help!

So I've been returning my car back to stock over the last few days, and I've ran into a bit of a problem. The pressed in bolts on the drivers side manifold that connect it to the catalytic converter have snapped in two. I've tried drilling these bolts out only to have the cobalt drill bit break. I've also tried heating the iron up with a torch only to have the rest of the bolt twist off. Does anybody know how to get these damn bolts out of there?!

I think the reverse bit set you're talking about is called an "easy-out." I also drilled into the bolt, and tried to back it out with an easy-out only to have the easy-out break. I'm pretty sure the easy-out was made of cobalt as well. Gah... Maybe I just need to soak it in PB and try it again.

Acetlyne torch, with oxygen. I used it on my crappy 91 ranger, you use the oxygen as the cutting source. It blows a hole right through the metal, it may take a little time but it works, you can put a hole in and then use a file to smooth out the hole, i didn't smooth hole out cause the truck was only worth $500.
