Performance Header Coating Process (w/pictures)
I had a few minutes to go through and document the process of a single set of Headers this week, and I figured someone might be bored enough to want a sneek peak.
Enjoy!
This set needed an extra O2 Bung for Wideband tuning. (Welding courtesy of one of our employees...We'll call him...THE STIG!)
After the first bake(to clean any residue and oil left from manufacturing)
Before and After Grit blasting!
A few incoming/outbound headers.
And finally the 2000 Degree Ceramic Coating.
Aint she purdy!
Thanks,
Luis

I've delt with many tuners/shops, and Bob, Mandy, Luis and Colt are the nicest people to do with buisness with. I only recomend them for anything and everything, nothing but top notch friendly honest service from Precision.
