Ok update
We are going to do the X setup first that's what we have been working on.
We have had the pipes part done for awhile we have been working on different muffler designs trying to get the sound just right.
Well I just installed the newest design of the mufflers on my own car today and I have to say it's the best sounding exhaust I have ever had on my car
There's no drown in the car and no rasp at all.
I'll post some pictures of the setup tomorrow and try and get a sound clip up too.
The reason we went with the X first is because we wanted to try and get the performance you get from an X but make is sound like an H by the muffler design. I think we have gotten really close.

That sounds awesome. Do you have a price point? Will it bolt up to longtubes?

Are there any plans to run these duals out the back? I'd really like to see a TD kit for these cars that runs over the axle out the back, let alone an H-pipe option. I think a lot of others would agree with me, even if it costs an extra $150-$200.

The mufflers are the last part of the pipes. You can see they are just plain steel pipe for now. They will be stainless in the production setup. The muffler part is inside of the pipes.
We did that to give more ground clearance. That's another reason it's taken so long to get to this point. Trying to make an internal muffler in a 3' pipe

I agree

The setup looks very nice, hopefully I will be buying these and the headers.

make it a modular exhaust kit so mufflers and parts can be easily interchangeable. standard 3" would be nice. and for me id like to have it with a pair of bullet style "mufflers" or just the SLP bullets to be exact. H pipe for sure too.

oh and GROUND CLEARANCE!!!! youve got 2 types of performer out there the lowered and the non lowered. i for one am lowered and will not go back. if you can make the kit tuck up VERY snugly in a good tight way where there will be no banginging or rattles then you can sell TONS of these to both crowds. only thing keeping a lot of people away from true duals is the ground clearance problem.
