throttle bodies? so im looking into getting a new throotle body? but whats going to get me the best " bang for the buck " a ported and polished throttle body or should i upgrade to a larger diameter tb
Just port and polish the stocker on your own unless you have some big cubes and big intake with some cam..
Save your money for some headers or some other mods.. maybe an LS6 intake if you're a pre-01

Like everyone else has said, you can port your stocker or buy an aftermarket one. MTI sells a real nice piece that I use to have on my car before I bought a FAST 90 and Nick Williams. They sell the for $419.00 and they say MTI Racing on top of them and they claim 10 to 12 RWHP on 6 speed cam only car and they claim to flow nearly 1000 CFM.
