Corvette BBK Shorty headers HELP!!

Corvette BBK Shorty headers HELP!! I purchased a used set of BBK shorty headers that were supposed to be from a 99 vette. I looked around and it certainly looks like they should work with a 97-99 vette. They are about 2-3 inches too short and at the wrong angle...there is no way they are going to fit. Has anybody had this problem or does it look like they aren't really from a 99....or atleast didn't work with the stock h-pipe.

Everything looks good except they are 2 inches to short and come in at the wrong angle. I suspect they might be the 2000 model as the EGR crap is in the right place. My brother has an 04 and his egr stuff is in a diff location.
