Does the 160Tstat net an operating Temp in the range of the 178 you mentioned above? If not which TStat would?
I'm sure the vortech contributes to running my car a little warmer than NA and I'm planning to go with the 160 myself not to mention the peace of mind on lowering Cylinder temps a few degrees..

Yes, about that. It'll range of course. Expect 176-182 degrees with a 160 stat under normal operating conditions (not sitting in traffic during summertime heat.)
