Apparently a cutout CAN affect a tune!?

I noticed that since driving my car after the cam install with my cutout closed, I have to sit and give it gas for a minute or so before it will stay idling by itself and this process is cut in half with the cutout open.

You could probably make a few hack-job modifications and get the thing running better, but you really need a tune.
