Default please help me!!

Ok i had a thread a while back where I was requesting a list of grounds...anyways, i want to share with you what my car is doing and have people tell me what they think first...it might not be a ground issue. so try your best to help me out.

when you turn the key to the on position (not to the firing position)..the only lights i get on my dash are the turn signal lights and the seat belt lights. the turn signal lights are solid and are both on. They are not blinking. out of curiousity i wanted to see what it would do upon trying to start it. it simply turns over turns over and never even acts like it wants to fire.

i did a head and cam swap, but this was a while ago...and it's run since then. it makes no sense. if its a ground, it would have to be the ones on the back of the head...but ive messed with them since they are candidate number one..and i get nothing. ive reseated the PCM as well, no avail.

im basically at my wits end with this. i did a build on this motor a year ago. im away at school and all this **** and i havent been able to enjoy my car once in over a year. I am very tempted at selling my car if i cannot fix it very soon. im very exhausted with it. please help me out if you can, i'd greatly appreciate it.

Just a shot in the dark but you might try pulling one fuse at a time and see what circuit is feeding those lights. Might give some insight of where to look next.

Have you checked to see if fuel is getting to the motor and that you are getting good spark? I'm sure you have if it's been a year... just a shot in the dark x2
Really sounds like multiple issues to me.
