Default Aftermarket y-pipe size...

Guys, I'm about to purchase a pair of cat converters and I want to make sure I get the right size. I currently have Pacesetter headers with their y-pipe, but I couldn't find information on the size of the y-pipe.

I'm assuming that the y-pipe is 2.5" and meets the 3" collector....correct? Is 2.5" the standard size?

Thanks...
