Will putting on my LT headers richen up my Air/Fuel??
So I have Headers to put on.....going on over the holiday weekend at the end of the month....and I've been reading that putting on headers typically richens up your fuel mixture a little....
Well I have a ported MAF and Throttle Body...got a lid...got the fernco bellows....so Air coming in is pretty good...leaning me out a little...ao I put in the MAF Resistor..... helped with High RPM Ping...a lot.... but I still sometimes get it....so I was gonna try a little lower value resistor...but if Putting on my headers will cause my pcm to richen things up a little...then I may not need to change it to a lower value resistor.. I will be removing air and egr at the same time my headers go on....
Just lookin for some advice here to get me thru a month or two till I have cash for a tuning...at which time the resistor will come back out and It will be all fixed thru tuning....
Any Thoughts???
All are welcome. :p

A wideband O2 is a $2000 O2 sensor that is extremely accurate. The ones in the car are more of a ball park range for the computer to calculate for a specific a/f ratio.
