Good work! Exactly what i was saying to do! you will definitely feel the difference in power. Just make sure to use the bolts the intake manifold comes with, and the bolts that the 85mm TB comes with as well, their specifically made for those items because the stock bolts are too short and their a different thread pattern

For sure. I can understand why a person would upgrade their ls1 intake to a BBK, but ive also read where people upgrade their ls6 intake to a bbk and they werent happy with their results because they barely gained any HP. Thats why i always say that if you have an LS1 intake, upgrade to a BBK, but if you already have an ls6 intake, just stay with it and port the TB, unless you wanna go with a FAST 92/92. Anyhow, you'll enjoy it for sure!

well i need the egr and was looking for a used ls6 with egr for 2 months would like the sleeper style look.
but **** it im sure it would look nice all metal..maybe even scare a few people LOL
I think this setup is perfect till i make enough power for 92 setup which will be no time soon LOL

1fastz did you use loctide on the bolts that hold the cap underneath? heard a guy that had a few fall off from vibration...
