i was wondering if i could benefit from larger injectors, i have a 04 Z with these mods,vararam,highflow airbridge, dynatech longtubes,x-pipe, hi-flo cats, comp cam 231/234/643/598/ 111 lsa, prc dual springs, titanium retainers, ls2 timing chain, 426 rwhp 400 pounds torque,thanks in avance!

I'm thinking not yet. But of course it depends on what your future plans are. You could get some 42# injectors without hurting anything and have alot of room to grow. Might get more replies in the fuel & injection section.
