Any ideas where these fan wires go?

Any ideas where these fan wires go? I found out my fans weren't kicking on after my body shop replaced my radiator and front end due to a crash and did some investigating to see if I could find any loose wires or anything and I found these two plugs. I tried to look around in the engine and couldnt find a plug. Any ideas?
