new exhaust put on (SLP DD)
ive gone from stock, to slp LM2, to headers w/ slp lm2, bullet muffler dumped, to 3" dumped true duals, and finally now Long tubes ory and a SLP dual dual. I think i finally found the exhaust i like. its real quiet just cruising around and has descent tone to it when you step on it. sounds awesome. i ll get a sound clip up later!!!

I put the same exhaust on my car last weekend. I had a magnaflow but with my mods it was extremely loud. The dual/dual is great, it sounds somewhat normal again. It definately tamed mine down and got rid of all the rasp. It sounds great. And I can even listen to the radio again. I wish they hadn't quit making it, although they do have a new exhaust out for our cars now.

It's on SLP's web site. It has 2 mufflers, one in front of each tip. I haven't heard anyone on here say how it sounds. I'm curious how it compares to the dual/dual though since it's about the only aftermarket kit that I know of that will quiet down a h/c car.

I went from the DD to 2.5" TD's and loved it until I got the cam. Then it was just too loud. I ended up finding a brand new DD and put it on with an E-cutout and now I've got the perfect exhaust. Nice and quiet at idle and cruising with a nice tone at WOT. When I need noise, it's only a switch away!

I like my dual/dual, great tone, but it really is just to quiet for me. Looking at some other stuff, but will be hanging onto the dual/dual if I ever get into the motor or get rid of the cats.
