Will they fit under the cowl of a camaro? Does it require any modifications to use one?

The first units will be there next week, however I believe most are pre-sold.
To fit to the LS7 heads requires transition spacers ... not included in the price. Email me via ken@harrop.com.au if you require further info on the LS7 transitions and ETC (it is not a yes/no answer).
I am told the kit "as supplied" does not ... the support plate for the ram-air tubes needs to be removed. There is a couple of installs on this site I think ...

We have seen more than 65rwhp gain over a Fast90 on a wild 408 in a GTO. They are best suited to BIG engines.

if you plan on running this on the street the filter systems is going to be a PITA. i had a link on something that might work in that thread. there are other things that need to be done for this install however im reluctant to release that information for harrop since they didnt really seem to want to scratch my back when it came to buying individual air horns rather than cutting the ones you see in my pics.
but dont get me wrong this intake is the **** and makes my 247/252 108 lsa cam idle and run better then my 231/237 tsp cam.

there's a lot of info about these intakes on this site, specifically in the ITB thread.
these are pretty much the best intake you can buy, quality and performance wise. they allow each cylinder to perform independantly of the others. they also allow your heads to pretty much flow to their maximum potential, and like stated, will make a radical cam streetable....among other things. if they are really going to be in the $3K range, i will 100% certainly pick one up this fall/winter, no questions asked, hands down

look up Kinsler fuel injection...not a sponsor, hope i don't get in trouble...but they make a somewhat similar style ITB intake. i emailed them asking about pricing and was told $9500-$10,500....$3K for a Harrop doesn't sound too damn bad

When you put it into perspective, $3,000 isn't an awful lot for that intake setup considering people pay over $3,000 for premium heads and installation and see less than 65rwhp gains. If you seriously make that kind of power over a FAST setup, that's not a bad deal at all IMO. It is a sweet looking setup, but it looks like it holds in a lot of engine heat. Then again, if it really makes that kind of power, so be it
