LS6 Intake Manifold ??

I've heard that the LS6 manifold came from the factory on all 2001-2002 LS1's. Does anyone know if this is true? How can you tell the difference bewtween the LS1 and LS6 manifolds? Any suggestions and help would be really cool

The later model 2001s and all 2002 LS1s have LS6 intake manifolds,

If you have an EGR tube going into the manifold after the TB, then it's an LS1 manifold...if not, LS6.

Notice the lack of an EGR
