weight removal Hi all,
I want to remove the cruise control system to save some weight off the car (it's not like I will ever use that ). I've tried to search but still can't find where the module or whatever else is located. Can anyone of you show me a photo so I can know what I'm looking for? I've also tried to follow the cable but then that thing ends up in no where I can see.
I also want to remove the passenger air bag but wonder if I will set a code if I do so.
and at last, what's the torx bit size for removing the rear seat belts?

Re: weight removal The cruise control box is located in the front driver side of the engine compartment. You will have to get it from under the car, there's panel you will have to take off to see it. The AIR system there too might as well take that out while your at it.

Re: weight removal Thanx for the info guys, I found the module but it was a b!tch to get that off, specially with limited space against the air pump. The CC module weights 4.5 lbs, doesn't sound much but every ounce counts right? I'm not going to touch the air bump though caz we do have a strict emission here in BC.
