Header installation questions?

Header installation questions? Im installing headers, ory, cutout, into the stock catback. Ive got my list of parts needed and just wanted to post it up and see if anything is missing.
QTP LT's
TSP ORY
Race Ready Cutout
NGK TR-55 Plugs
MSD Wires(is it worth it or just use stock?)
GM metal gaskets and bolts
Last two I have a quesion. What did you do for 02's? extension? corvette rear o2's?
Where is the best place for the EGR intake block off as I am removing AIR and EGR?

just to give ya a heads up you may have a problem getting your stock cat back to line up prop. meaning the tips will be all out of place. you may get lucky tho. somthing to keep in mind.

a couple buddies of mine have had it on two camaros, one currently, the rectangle tip stock catback, with zero issues. theyll be helping with the install well atleast one maybe both. why would it not line up?
mine didnt but this was w/ kooks stuff. my tips were off. no matter tho because i was getting it replaced anyways.

Stage-8 locking header bolts.
FYI, your best bet to install headers is to unbolt the motor, and jack the motor up about 4 inches. The headers should slide in pretty easily. From the bottom, obviously.

I made a thread on this type of question a while back, but can't find it in a search now for whatever reason... take the drain plug and oil filter out and they should slide right in with the car high enough, no need to jack the motor unless you can't get them in like that. Good luck.

looks good, man. if the richardson boys are helping you (mainly nathan as michael is worth next to nothing when it comes to working on cars haha) it will go together fine and you will not have any problems. nate knows what he is doing, just call him if he isn't there and you have problems.
