Default Oil Gauge Bad Readings?

The RPM needle stick or rest over the oil gauge needle when I turn off the engine; do this can damage or make the gauge calibration lost?

Sounds like the pin has broken off that the needle rests onto. Examine close to see if the tiny plastic pin is still there or not

You understand what is happening, can this be repaired? Can this situation may damage or affect the oil pressure gauge function permanently?

If it's just the pin, nothing can be harmed. You'd have to either ghetto rig another pin or replace the cluster
