Is Meziere Water pump worth it

Is Meziere Water pump worth it I need to replace my water pump and its only about 150 dollars for a aftermarket water pump whereas the meziere is about 500-550 on the cheapest side is it really worth it? Plans for the car is high stall converter, big cam, and gears for mostly strip use.

Whats the main difference in the two I see that the flow rating is less, the race version unsafe to drive on the street? Also does the belt and tensioner set-up need to be modified it doesnt appear like it has the idler like the more expensive one.

i run a meizer on my street car and to be totally truthful with you i didnt notice any real performance gain with it.
the cars water temp never really warms up unless im driving it hard for a while; not sure if thats good or bad.
