ok guys just dropped some dough got texas speed 228r cam package with all the pushrods etc, 85mm throttle body, ls2 timing chain, ported ls6 oil pump 30lb injectors monster 2800-3200 stall underdrive pully and all the little odds and ends I would need for the install with a good dyno tune and the current stuff I have what do you guys think I will be making rwhp

You beat me to it, Damn!
Seriously though you will dyno higher w/ that monster converter(Not!) Than you would w/ a converter matched to that cam (3600-4000). If that converter is new send it back and get a real converter or you'll regret it. The 3600-4000 converter will flash closer to the torque curve on that cam, Which by the way I had. That cam is awesome but your converter is way too small.

well I didnt want to get a big a$$ converter this is my DD if I was trying to track only or drive only on weekends maybe I would of gotten a bigger one Like I dont really care of the track thing to much I just want a fast street car

that might of worked for you mechanic doing all my stuff was like that's a cool converter he had a big converter in his he was like really it kinda sucked driving it on a daily, I mean what might work for you might not work for me I'm comfortable with my decision
