Fixing to order LT's, what else is needed?

I have to change a few things because I took this car to the track Friday and she is slow as a dog. I am looking at a tune issue(the motor was replaced with a stock one and the tune is stock) and plug/wire's while I do the headers anyway. Plus I gutted one converter being it has failed and haven't had a chance to do the other. I am sure that's not helping either.
