HELP ME STOP THE RAPPING !!!!!! Ok, heres the scoop. I have Coated Pacesetters, with a very nice 3" custom made mandrel bent off road y-pipe, into the factory 2 3/4? pipe, then a 18" bullet, then into a Magnaflow.
The thing STILL raps (like a pick-up) even after I put the bullet muffler in. All that did was quiet it down some, but still the same noise, sounds terrible.
Please give me some suggestions to fix this please!!

Re: HELP ME STOP THE RAPPING !!!!!! are you talking about rasp? im getting the same problem and it sounds shitty at 1500 and then again at 2500....i would like to know what to do also
Re: HELP ME STOP THE RAPPING !!!!!! Yes, anything under 3500 has terrible rasp. I have redid the exhaust 3 times trying to get rid of it. I dont know where to go from here. I could just puke.....
Re: HELP ME STOP THE RAPPING !!!!!! I am going in on the group purchase on the pacesetters and ORY. Has anyone here done this with a Hooker catback? I had a LM and then gutted my cats, it was crazy loud and raspy, I then swapped to the Hooker and it sounds awesome, no rasp and I've had WOMEN in their 40's tell me how good it sounds 
I sure hope it sounds as good after the headeres and Y pipe.
