Default coolant tubes

I have a 98 vett motor going in a kit car. I swapped the vett throtel body for a camero one and now I have this coolant tube sticking out from under the intake manifold. It's a metal tube that contects in all 4 corners of the head. The manual says it goes through the throtel body and then connects to the radiator. which way is the flow

cold coolant from rad -> throtel body -> heads
or
hot coolant from heads -> throttel body -> rad

Can I just cap this off or will it effect the cooling of the heads?

Don't cap it off.

The coolant flow comes from all 4 corners of the heads, then threw the single tube in the front of the pipe assembly, into the drivers side of the throttle body, out of the pass side of the throttle body, and into the top of the radiator.

You can delete the coolant flow going in and out of the throttle body, and just have it go direct from the front of the tube assembly to the radiator.
