Air restrictor mod

Air restrictor mod Hey guys damn ticking noise is still here.
Anyhow I put the restrictor plates in, but did not replace the check valves yet, didn't even check if they were burnt up or not.
But should it still be ticking even though the restrictor plates are in?
BTW I did also have an exhaust leak on the driver side, it was crazy cause there were flame marks
so I had them weld it shut. I hope I don't have another somewhere in the y pipe 
I can't wait to get rid of this ticking noise.
By the way, now it only seems to do it when the car is idling or at low rpms, it seems extremely faint or none existent while at cruising speeds, and every once in a while when the stars line up and the earth faces Mars at a 20 degree angle it sits there idling with no ticking noise

How much do these check valves cost about? Oh yeah where could I get them????
*EDIT* Nevermind, found it for $12 on a web site....Its called the valve assembly, now does it come with 2 of them? or do I need to order 2? Also I should have read the write you sent me Willwaxu, it says there the noise comes from the check valves
