Default Crappy Idle

Alright.... mods in sig... had to pull the heads and replace all the valves due to light PtV contact. I now have a crappy idle. Im THINKING I dont have a vaccum line hooked up... but normally on these cars your would hear that. Any ideas on what it could be??? Im going to try spraying the area down with some carb cleaner and seeing if the idle raises. If not... well... I dunno.

It was programmed with a set of TR6 plugs in it. It currently has a set of lawnmower (autolite) plugs in it... so I bet that isnt helping. Anyway... other than getting it retuned for idle... anyone have any other suggestions?
