Yes it will. you'll have to switch to the ls6 coolant crossover tube, and put plugs in the back of heads.

I think I got what he meant...

He meant to have a rear coolant plugs w/ the LS6 coolant crossovers.

This is the ls1 coolant tube under the intake, the ls6 intake will not fit unless you put block's in the ports in the back of the head and use a crossover tube in the front of the heads.
