need opinions for catback

need opinions for catback i currently have lt's and ORY with LM1 catback with a 3'' magnaflow bullet muffler. Car is WAY too loud (just got an excessive noise fine today) and its a bit poppy/lacks tone. What should i do? Is there another muffler that would fit in the place of the LM1 resonator that cut sound and create good tone? Or do i need a muffler in the factory crossflow location...would would mean new catback?

i have the magnaflow bullet already in place of the resonator, still loud. In fact, i just got a ticket for it last night for being too loud, lol!!!! Cop was a ford guy i think 
For little more then a good muffler to stick in that would cost I would just get a good chambered cat back setup...I looked forever for my build and finally settled up with Hooker AeroChamber...Absolutely Love it..The spot they use for the resonator or in your case magnaflow doesn't leave a lot of options for replacement parts anywhere that arent just a straight through design

I wanted an SLP dual/dual, but grew tired of hunting for one... went with a Magnaflow cat-back. Tough to beat for the price and I'm happy with the sound. Quiet at idle, not raspy, sounds good and (in my opinion) the perfect volume at WOT.

I have the LM2 on now with a MS4 cam and ARH long tubes and it sounds killer its still a bit on the loud side, but no where near as bad as it was with the LM1. Check out ls1sounds website. they have a bunch of different audio clips of different combos on there
