LS1 Exhaust port flange spec? Is there a diagram on this site for the exhaust flange? I want to make my own headers and I need head flange diagram and specs.

You can readily get the exhaust flange from vendors, one that comes to mind is Stainless Works. The collector will be what ever you choose, either size of union design (3-botl flange, slip fit, etc ...).
