Sweet-Thunder on a v6?

Do it. I have always wanted to hear this. If i didnt get the trans am i was going to swap my flowcrapper for a sweet thunder on my 92 3.1L V6 with headers and hig flow cat.

I guess they are cheap enough, wont be much of a loss if they sound like crap, just have to resell them here. So what do you guys think, I got two set up ideas. First off to reduce the saw sound, install two of them in series before the y pipe and just use straight pipes to the tips. Second idea is just put one on each side of the ypipe at the rear just before the tips...

Good rule of thumb on the v6 is the more free flowing the more raspy sounding it'll be. I had tried a take-off ss and flowmaster and they both sound pretty bad (even though that's subjective to some). Then I tried the TSP rumbler which is by far the greatest sounding thing on the v6 i tried but it gets pretty loud for long drives so I switched to hooker catback with a full 3'' system and i think its great - rumbles great but isn't obnoxious for DD and doesn't have that big rasp when you let off the gas or shift gears. I think that's about as good as it gets for a v6.
