Whos running an engine oil cooler? well i decided to get an oil cooler for the motor but my only deal is where to mount it now i cant do it in front of the radiator because the tranny cooler is there and i dont know where else to mount it to get a decent flow
Don't have on, but have been accumulating some parts for it.
I would say to consider one of the thermostatic ones (so you
bypass it when cold, need the oil to get hot enough to boil
out the blowby volatiles etc.) and maybe give it its own fan.
Fan-attached coolers are expensive but 12V muffin fans and
thermostats are cheap. And then it can go anywhere, "dope
style" or whatever.

Not to say it will not make a difference, lower oil temps can help with keeping a motor alive for certain. On my LTX 383, it came with a oil cooler but they used engine coolant routed to be above the oil filter.
