Default Exhaust leak? Popping while driving and p1133 code

Hey all I have only started to notice this in the last few days but while im driving around If I get on the go pedal when I take my foot out of it to shift the exhaust will make a popping sound, sometimes once sometimes multiple pops. I also just threw a p1133 code last night.
Would these problems indicate an exhaust leak? What else to look into?

type in your 1133 code on the search and you will find plenty of info.

/\ I did and honestly to me it looked like a crap shoot on what worked and what didnt. I saw a few people who said they had exhaust leaks near the o2's and that set off the code, whicj is why I asked if my symptoms are indicative of a leak. I can figure out the code I just want feedback if this sounds like a leak to yall.

I used to get that code, it would put my car into some **** poor excuse of a tune, and it would stall all over the place. Literally, I would flash a tune, drive around for a few miles since the DTC were all reset, and it'd be fine. Then like a switch, the SES light would pop on, then at the next light when I clutched in, the RPM would drop and the car would die. What did I do? I made it so the code isn't even reported. Been that way for almost a year now and I've been fine. I checked for leaks over and over and over, double and triple checked, etc.

Well turns out both my header collector gaskets were about gone, so I think I found my problem. Mr. Gasket copper gaskets here I come!
