Default Which Heads:

So i have a MS3 cam, putting the SLP underdrive pulley on with a FAST 90 setup and 150 shot. I am not sure which heads i should go with, and which heads will give me the most power, so what do you guys think?

I voted the terminator heads. There is a member on here that put them on with the MS3 and made great power.

It seems that the LS6 heads and the terminators are going to make about the same amount of peak hp, but the terminators are going to make more average hp across the board and help witht he power under the curve. Which is where the MS3 lacks in

You are right, sounds like the perfect setup. How you like your MS3 cam? is it a 112?

I voted other because you didn't have Trick Flow heads on there. My car made 447rwhp and 403rwtq with those heads, 234/236-646/612@114LSA cam, Ported Fast 90mm intake, Nick WIlliams Throttle body, PTC 4400RPM Stalled and built tranny, Strange 12bolt with 4.11 gear, Hoosier 28" tall DR's. My Best time so far was a 11.30 @120mph with a 1.54 60ft. My best MPH so far was a 121mph and my best 60ft was a 1.52. As the weather gets a little colder and the air gets a little crisper I can see this car getting down into the 11.0's or even a 10.9X pass.. Good luck on your search for more power.

Terms. look good...200cc intake runner flowing 300+ cfm...talk about air speed. The AFR205's are close to the Terms. prices, you might want to look at those if the money's
there.

i vote livernois stage 3 ls6 flow 310intake and 245exhaust. i just had these heads put on my car with a fast 92 and PTM 92 TB, with a bunch of timing pulled out and the injectors maxxed the car leans out at 5k but still made 465rwhp 450rwtq with the timing pulled and not going over 6k with my new injectors and fuel pump the shop told me the car should make somwhere in the 500rwhp range with the timing back in it and thats through a moser 12 bolt. and the heads are 1799.00 complete with valve springs good to .690 lift . just a suggestion

Livernois stage 1 243's with PP ultimate 660 springs. That is what I run. For $999 you can beat them. Then just buy the spring kit.

i voted other, livernois stage 2 heads is what i would run, plus their springs are more capable then the patriots .660 lift, livernois' are good to .690 lift... to me i would rather spend 1400 and know it's set up perfectly rather then paying 1000 just to have to tear it down, spend 300 in springs and possible mess it up...

Going to say other, trickflows. Ive got two engines, one wth a MS3, the other the Vindicator. Soon the other will have a car over it. Trickflow heads offer more for the dollar right now. Edelbrock is a great company, but you can get a head that wont hold you back for less from trickflow.

Well i did some research, and going to go with some TrickFlow 215cc heads with a custom cam, hopefully hit mid 400s, those will be the addition to the car, car has LT and off road y pipe with SLP loudmouth 2, 4.10 gears with newly built t56 trans, cold air, a fast 92/92 setup with a slp underdrive pulley and 150 shot. what ya think?
