Default small gaskets on coolant vent tube

At the ends of the coolant X vent tube under the LS1 intake there are little gaskets that have two holes and an o-ring in them. When I removed the tube to get the motor done, I didn't realize they were there so 3 of the 4 were stuck on the motor. Anyone have the part number for these, or can I use high temp RTV in their place?

Thanks,
Frank

I'd be nervous about getting RTV in the coolant system if you use too much.. But when I replaced them on my past couple of builds, I'd just goop my fingers w/ RTV and slide the gasket around between my fingers, getting a light coating on the gaskets/seals then install them.. You can prolly make a new set out of gasket paper, just coat them w/ RTV.
