Question HELP!! LongTube Rattle

I got obx long tubes about year and a half or so ago...car had 90k..ish on it then now has 114k

I have had this rattle in the passenger side lt for a while...just cant take it any more.

I have checked to make sure its not the o2s...u can tap the collector area with them out and stilll rattles...

Sounds like a piece of steel in it moving around but took y pipe off and put magnetic stick in there and nothing also not see anything.

Do yall think its the four pipes tapping? any ideas welcome...any things to look at welcome

I had the same issue with my long tubes about 8 months after I installed them. When I changed the headers I didn't use any locktight so one of the header bolts backed out. Well it ended up in the collector of the header and after awhile it started to rattle around and make noise at certain rpms. I took it to a muffler shop, we stuck a magnet into the collector and found the bolt. Check your header bolts to see if they are all there. If they are check to make sure a rock or something didn't get caught in the collector and is rattling around in there. After that inccedent I installed Stag 8 locking bolts.

Put it up on a lift and put a screwdriver end to your ear and tip to the header one at a time. May be able to find it that way.

My passenger side long tube slightly taps the K-member at idle. This might be the problem?

so with the header bolted onto the head, a bolt backed out, went down a primary and landed in the collector?
