I want to get my engine built as it has a bit of oil blowby.

I am willing to pull it myself and buy the parts to get the motor built. I do not want to spend that much as I am only looking for a strong motor that will last.

I am currently running a T70 turbo so lower compression would help.

What do you guys think i should do?

Any shops in Chicago that will tell me what to buy, and will put the motor together?

Your crank is up to the task just get it machined, and the other parts balanced

Speed Inc, and others if you really look.

Speed inc does custom turbo setups, most put down 500-800rwhp and higher. their stuff goes from mild to wild.
