Question Do LS7 lifters change the geometry of the valvetrain?

Will I need to change pushrod length or anything else unforseen?

no, they are the same as all other LS based lifters except DOD systems.

make sure you set your lifter preload, and check rocker wipe. use a pushrod length checker to get the right size when you have both of those set.

or just guess, hope you're close, but probably end up down 10-15hp

the LS7s are the same as the other LS1 OEM lifters so it shouldn't change anything over what you already have.
