Default setting preload with stock rockers?

I am building a forged LS6 blower motor.

OK i have Absolute Speed ported heads, with ferra valves and texas duel springs installed.

Using stock LS1 rockers with the Harlem sharp bearing rebuild mod, comp 7.4 (stock length) push rods , stock rocker pedistals,

OK I think the heads have only been cleaned, maybe block sanded, not milled,

so set up should go smooth, but if not how can the stock rockers -lifters be preloaded?

I have Comp R lifters , but i think i am going to pick up a set of the LS7 lifters

There are alot of variables to take into account. Im no expert but off the top of my head...
The heads you are using, milled or not, valve angle, lifter bleed down, cams base circle, and if the lobes for intake/exhaust are different they might require different lengths.
Easy answer is to measure them, thats the only answer I ever got!
Look for the posts by vetennuts(sp?) just search correct pushrod length and it will come up.

Lots of tolerances, best bet is to measure once the heads are on. I just did this over the weekend and am ordering pushrods today. Note that Comp R's require adjustable rockers, not sure if you are not running them now but in your first post you stated you were.

How much are the harlan's costing you? For a little more you could just get yella terra lightweight adjustables.

I called SDPC today and bought a set of GM LS7 Lifters , i hope they work good! i think $500 is way to much for morel lifters, no matter what they are made of.

Yes I know about the harlan rebuilds, just asking you how much they cost.
LS7 lifters are a really popular upgrade, wish I had done mine when I did my H/C
