Im looking for a cam that will get me into the 425rwhp/400rwtq range, that is not peaky and will trap 120+ (currently at 117). I don't want something that pounds the groud, is hard to tune, or is obnoxious in traffic. I don't DD the car, however when I do drive it, its either cruising, on dates with the GF, or getting beat on at the track. I know both cams are very similar at .05, but they seem to be very different at .006 and .2 due to the lobe characteristic, I don't know much about the LSL lobes as they seem to be new to the market. How are they on the valvetrain? I hear they are slower off the seat than the XER, thus less harsh on the springs...
-What is the PTVC on either, I don't know how, or where to find a calculator.
-Any opinion on which cam would be suit my needs...
