Aren't those cams more for sound than power? I guess you could always spray it

Yeah I picked up some pro stars with 28x10x15s but i took them off at the track because they were rubbing a little on the quarter, so i didnt want to chance it. Need a 12 bolt or a 9 inch too

Man that thing is going to buck. It's going to take alot of tuning to get it streetable for a daily driver. I suggest going to the tuning forums for help on this one. I didn't even know they made the thumper cams for LS motors. They say it will be streetable and it probably will be w/ the proper tuning but as far as daily driver status idk. Talk to the reps at comp and tell them it's a daily driver and see if they think that is the best cam for you and your combo. Tuning a 109lsa is doable but it takes a whole lot more work than say a 112lsa.

I would talk to one of the vendors also. I suggest Thunder racing. Tell them what your goals are. It sounds like you want it to sound mean but tame enough to drive. Just don't go crazy with the duration sometimes smaller cams are faster and you can have them tighten up the lsa for a choppier idle. M6 cars can get away with a little more radical cam then an A4 car so tell them your complete combo and I bet they come up w/ a good cam for you. I agree w/ blackls1m6 I thought the thumpercams were more about sound then power.

i'm not stuck on this cam, i just wanted some in put, as far as the cam goes comparing it to similar cams (duration and lift) 35-50 hp depending on tuning, i have some other options i was looking at, TSP MS3 237/242 .603/.609 w 112 it just seems like a larger cam to me
